There were two maintenance personnel initially, but one quit and the other was always uncomfortable around us. The water pressure was awful, the blinds were very cheap, and a water pipe burst in the upstairs neighbors' apartment, causing a bubble of water to appear in our kitchen ceiling. They took a while to fix it and warned us not to touch the light switch to avoid electric shock. When I asked to extend my notice to vacate, Rhonda said that my apartment was already going to be rented out and there were no other 3-bedroom apartments available, but when I and my eldest daughter called different numbers and talked to Rhonda, she said they had one available to move into the month after I was scheduled to move out. It took them two months to return my deposit, claiming they didn't have a forwarding address, even though I had a copy of the form they had me fill out and sign with a forwarding address when I returned the keys. When I finally received the check from corporate, it was made out to me and one of my kids. People can be unethical and miserable.
