Nevertheless, we didn't get our free month's rent that we thought we'd get, as the manager was deceptive with her words and we had to pay for it. Furthermore, we wanted the upstairs apartment which was priced at $901.00 but were put in the downstairs one for $999.00. We were searching for a place that was income-based, and she confirmed it was, but it was really income-limited which is a huge difference. Because of our chaotic situation, we had to move from California to a family member's house and then to a motel, so she took advantage of our desperation. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who spoke to her boss, but there was no response. What was worse, the district manager came to do an annual self-check on the apartments and I informed her of the incident, and she said she would look into it, yet nothing happened. It's upsetting to have people like that. What a pity! That being said, it's important to be attentive and have a clear understanding of the lease before signing it wherever you go, as we learned the hard way. Stay vigilant! more ... hide ...

Westridge Apartments was built in 2015 I moved into a 1bdrm1bath in June 2016 I was so excited to move into such a new complex that was smaller but beautifully landscaped The interior of my apartment was so amazing the floors the back doors the room Westridge Apartments was built in 2015 I moved into a 1bdrm1bath in June 2016 I was so excited to move into such a new complex that was smaller but beautifully landscaped The interior of my apartment was so amazing the floors the back doors the roomy kitchen with new appliances a large laundry room a large bathroom with a linen closet a nice deep porcelain bathtub with a shower head as well large countertop along the sink the bedroom is quite large only small downside is the closet is small but if you really pare down your wardrobe and organize well then its no problem and onto my favorite placethe outdoor patio I love to sit outside and read drinking coffee in the morning and iced tea during the day Talking to neighbors as they stroll by I have a little dog who barks at people but his main objective is to get them to come over and pet him His name is Samson and if you were to move here you might make a friend with us Weve had several staff turnovers since Ive been here and I can truly say that Brandy Joe and Betty have truly turned this complex into a tranquil and sweet oasis in the desert where we are located They are always available in office for help for anything that you might need As well as Brandy walks the property ensuring that all patios and balconies are safe for tenants Shes also aware of the needs of the more isolated seniors and keeps a check on them as well Our maintenance staff Joe is always got his hands full on the property as well as watching out for our seniors as well His workload is huge but he always gets it done with a smile and a cheerful attitude that makes you feel like you were the most important job he had that day Betty in the office is so charming and full of life Shes taken on huge responsibilities that weve seen more than one person flee from that position Shes dependable charming and a wonderful addition to the staff I just signed my 5th lease here and went through my 5th summer here and I can truly say that under this management and staff its been wonderful Also I should add that its a safe and quite community Im often up at 45am drinking coffee and reading on my patio and have never once been scared or seen anything unusualnSo if you are considering moving here I would say cmon and join us more ... hide ...
