No problems while living there Quiet neighbors convenient location and responsive maintenance

Weve been living here since June of last summer and love it We have a baby and have made great connections with other families in the building The property is under NEW management and Jessica is fantastic A big change for the community The apartment Weve been living here since June of last summer and love it We have a baby and have made great connections with other families in the building The property is under NEW management and Jessica is fantastic A big change for the community The apartment is clean newly renovated and very quiet due to soundproof walls and floors You can hear someone as they walk by the apartment door but thats it Kurtis our maintenance guy is friendly and very active on site The rent is reasonable I highly recommend more ... hide ...

The apartments are very nice decently priced and the amenities are good I redacted one star because the management never attends calls during office hours If you have any questions or concerns make sure to either call a week before its necessary or c The apartments are very nice decently priced and the amenities are good I redacted one star because the management never attends calls during office hours If you have any questions or concerns make sure to either call a week before its necessary or call several times a day I had some maintenance concerns and my rent was messed up and its taken several attempts to sort out what should have been a simple call and fix The other star was redacted because there is no recycling on the premises realistically I would give it a 35 star 05 star for no recycling if I could but google wont let me I would also like to add that Ive had no issues with nosey neighbors as one of the 1 star reviews suggest Overall the apartments are a good choice more ... hide ...

The move in process was quick and easy Dave was great kept us updated through out the renovations Apartment looks beautiful and clean Im so happy to be in a great complex
