I broke my lease after 8 months because this place is unsafe for children or pretty much anyone. No help from staff spent 2 days getting the apartment clean before flying back to drive my family and remaining items. Gunfire weekly, ranging from real guns to pellet guns, pictures to prove it, loud, burnouts in the parking lot, kids roaming unsupervised vandilzing personal property. Gates have constant issues, closed on my truck 8 months in and was told its my problem! Make this your last resort! Renter beware, STAY AWAY!Update We emailed pictures to Lisa the day of and I spoke with her the day I moved in about the apartment being filthy.
