The attitude of the apartment's management/staff is highly offensive and concerning. When I visited my partner's 60+ year old home, the staff member told me I wasn't allowed to be there since I wasn't listed on the lease, as if I was living there. We told her I was simply a guest for that day, but she still threatened the elderly woman with eviction within two days, which she has no legal right to do. Moreover, she had no right to say visitors weren't allowed; there is nothing on the website or rule page about this, only that visitors must register if they are parking. If this is how long-term residents are treated, I suggest they get better management/staff who are respectful and polite. The woman there today seemed embarrassed by her behavior; the elderly lady can only speak Spanish, yet the staff member still threatened my partner and his sister with eviction by Monday. Very unprofessional. I contacted the complex, but haven't received a response. It's deplorable. She ought to be worried about that haircut. more ... hide ...

This has been home for my son and I since 2008 Beautiful community great friendly neighbors and office personnelnLil over a yr ago I was ready to move out due to rude staff maintenance requests being ignored and supposed car break ins Since then a ne This has been home for my son and I since 2008 Beautiful community great friendly neighbors and office personnelnLil over a yr ago I was ready to move out due to rude staff maintenance requests being ignored and supposed car break ins Since then a new company has bought out the complex made many repairs and changes including a new playground ac units roofing workout room and updated laundry room as well as cracking down on parking problems due to overstating guests and the homeless issue has also been worked on removing many if not all that setup camp surrounding the complexnIve always loved this complex and although it got a lil crazy at one point I have to give a shout out to new manager who has worked hard and diligently on making things better convincing me this is the home I wish to remain innThank you to Acclaim South Congress formerly known as Blunn Creek for restoring our home to which we chose to live n stay living here more ... hide ...

Since I moved here Acclaim I had excellent experience best customer services all the offices staff excellent they treated me like family I recommend the apartments to anyone thank acclaim staff for everything
