I moved here in August when they changed management to Miss Nikki she was so sweet and helpful its sad that she had to go but our new property manager I believe her name is Brady shes also great The Maintenance man is very attentive and nice as well I moved here in August when they changed management to Miss Nikki she was so sweet and helpful its sad that she had to go but our new property manager I believe her name is Brady shes also great The Maintenance man is very attentive and nice as well Every time Ive had a maintenance issue hes always called me back right away and fix the issue in a timely manner My kids enjoy the activities they have planned and also the park Overall the community is very quiet and I have not experienced a problem so far I truly do love it here more ... hide ...

The manager is so very rude doesnt listen to anything you say or if you need anything done in your apartment She changed the gate code to keep it gated community but wont let the residence know the code Especially if they pay 7580 for a remote The manager is so very rude doesnt listen to anything you say or if you need anything done in your apartment She changed the gate code to keep it gated community but wont let the residence know the code Especially if they pay 7580 for a remote which we wont even use to full extent cause she hasnt fixed any repairs on our garage We payed ahead for fixing issues we needed and nothings has been done We all at least deserve the right to come into our complex without paying 80 every time we dont have the remote they need to replace the manager ASAP more ... hide ...

This place is a joke the apartments are nice and all but the manager Stephanie is the worst person to deal with When we went to her we told her we had to move in by a certain date we did our paperwork paid for the deposit and application fee and she This place is a joke the apartments are nice and all but the manager Stephanie is the worst person to deal with When we went to her we told her we had to move in by a certain date we did our paperwork paid for the deposit and application fee and she went on to process the paperwork later we were told we were approved but need employment verification form the company well even though we gave her current check stubs and work information she still wanted paperwork faxed to her from our manager we had him fax the paperwork to her multiple times and she claimed she did not receive it and she complained about being the only one working there and having a lot on her plate With it all we waited two weeks after being told the first three days we were approved but could not move in because she had an inspection going on She constantly kept making excuse after excuse to why we couldnt move in yet This apartment complex need to hire someone else to help her or just get rid of her and put someone else in who can handle their job without complaining to their customers its very unprofessional more ... hide ...
