I have lived here for twelve months, and the pool was just opened not too long ago; however, I was not informed that it would be closed for the majority of the year and only open from Monday to Friday, coinciding with the office hours, which is quite inconvenient. The repairs made to the apartments take an inordinate amount of time, and most of them are only temporary fixes. From what I heard in the office, it appears there is discord among the management. Had the rent been cheaper, I would not have been so irritated. I have complained numerous times about my air conditioning, but to no avail. Marlo, the maintenance person, was very helpful and came to repair it quickly, but I think the problem is higher up the chain. I have also complained about the land around my apartment, which floods and attracts mosquitoes and flies when it rains, but no one has even come to view it. Furthermore, the lack of a gutter system means that all the water from the roof collects near my back door and has dug a hole and destroyed the grass.
