Ive been calling and leaving multiple messages marked urgent since 230 this afternoon its Thursday Im 70 years old and not in the best of health and I have no ac Its now 930 pm The office message says its an emergency if its 80 degrees outside Its 93 Ive been calling and leaving multiple messages marked urgent since 230 this afternoon its Thursday Im 70 years old and not in the best of health and I have no ac Its now 930 pm The office message says its an emergency if its 80 degrees outside Its 93 outside and 80 inside The office manager got a message to me through a neighbor that she asked to go around the neighborhood to find out who was calling because they cant even get into their own phone system Manager said she talked to Kim Regional District Manager for Alpha Barnes and they not only said a repair tonight wasnt possible but they wont reimburse me for a hotel room My shower head needed replacement and it took a month to get that fixed because there is no full time employee that works here including the management office This is a totally unacceptable way to run a property management company I left a 1 star review and it automatically switches to 5 Go figure more ... hide ...
