Parking always full managers are rude and not helpful at all The pool is there for show you cant even use it and the security guard was always nosy for no reason threatening people with her cop boyfriend Dont waste your time

The parking lot is full of garages not in use by anyone taking up space forcing you to park outside of the complex It will take maintenance 24wks to fix your issues Roach and mice infested and Ive never had an infestation My car got broken into 3 tim The parking lot is full of garages not in use by anyone taking up space forcing you to park outside of the complex It will take maintenance 24wks to fix your issues Roach and mice infested and Ive never had an infestation My car got broken into 3 times within the 2yrs I lived there And I caught security looking into cars with a flashlight while he was supposedly making his rounds Although its gated Its safer to live in the courtsThey close the pool every summer and their excuse is residents dont keep it clean or blame your guest Even though you paid for a pool pass but never get to use it because they always find some excuse to close it for the rest of the summerNo playground for kids No bike riding on property And they better not catch your kids outside playing because they will issue a lease violationnI dont no a response back from the owner Ive had family friends and myself that have or still live on that property and nothing will ever changenSo save your Im sorry about your experience response more ... hide ...

Lived here with my boyfriend and son and besides the horrible managers and maintenance men the apartment it self was wonderful and I absolutely loved living here There was a rat infestation though in the complex and had to have maintenance come in t Lived here with my boyfriend and son and besides the horrible managers and maintenance men the apartment it self was wonderful and I absolutely loved living here There was a rat infestation though in the complex and had to have maintenance come in to exterminate them at least three times a month The dishwasher never worked properly and the staircase handrail came off the hinges around the third month we lived here we had reported about it a few times but nobody ever came by to fix it Neighbors would throw their garbage on our porch and we would get in trouble and written up for it even when we had proof it wasnt ours Stray animals also came by and probably lived at the apartment we lived in before their owners abandoned them and they would sleep on our porch and wed still get in trouble and gotten written up because manager thought they were ours when they werent Called animal control so many times but they never removed the stray animals so I had to have them taken away across town on my own so the managers can stop harassing us Although we had many issues here I would still return because it is way better than any other apartment weve visited after moving from there Im sure this time would be better as long as the maintenance people and managers would leave us be My boyfriend is also constantly working and me and my 3 yr old are always inside and stayed to ourselves and we never had parties nor had many visitors also our rent was always paid on time sometimes even early There was absolutely no reason for anyone to be harassing us this issue must get fixed as soon as possible then I will be willing to give it another shot as long as they are ok with it more ... hide ...
