Love the cottages No noisy neighbors above you Spacious clean Maintenance is nice but one guy is just not enough Fire mechanical inpections are nice to ensure safety Need better lighting at front gate

For the price range, Id say its one of the better complexes for a retired person to live in. Ive never had any problems with my apt or my vehicle & appreciate the security that is afforded here.
