To have visitors, you need to request a pass which only lasts for a limited amount of time. Furthermore, there are very few visitors' spots and they're always taken. I had a firsthand experience of roaches living in my microwave, and it took the management six months to bring me a new one. On the first day that I had the key to the apartment, I found that my son's closet was infested with roaches, and we hadn't even moved anything in yet. The apartments are deceitful and they kept my deposit when I moved out, claiming that I owed them more money. Additionally, there was a shooting outside my apartment and the person was killed. There were also many break-ins, and my car was broken into multiple times. The women in the office are rude and once you're in the apartment, you see their true colors. Avoid these apartments if you want to live peacefully. Your car might be towed if they don't recognize it or if you don't have a pass. My family from out of state visited me, and the next day their car was towed. Do not move here. If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would The office employees are slow and unorganized Theyll tell you one thing and then tell you something completely different later on I put in multiple work orders for them to exterminate the roach and If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would The office employees are slow and unorganized Theyll tell you one thing and then tell you something completely different later on I put in multiple work orders for them to exterminate the roach and spider infestation and they kept losing it and blaming me for not turning it in They raised my rent multiple times during my lease and added unspecified late and extra fines and fees A few months ago a water pipe exploded inside the complex and the management instead of paying themselves raised everyones water bill to pay for expenses Since Ive moved in my dishwasher has been broken and they came to fix it 7 MONTHS later Did it work No They not only didnt fix the dishwasher but broke my sink and now I have to pay for the dishwasher being broke because theyre absolutely retarded The parking spaces are tiny and limited and the employees live in the complex and will tow any car that is unrecognized All in all this place is shady as hell Management did multiple illegal things to myself and my neighbors and I dont recommend anyone move here more ... hide ...
