If I could give 0 stars I would We lived there 2 years after a year hit everything started breaking AC was leaking inside the apartment infested with fire ants and when I mentioned it to the manager she said we just had to deal with it because everyo If I could give 0 stars I would We lived there 2 years after a year hit everything started breaking AC was leaking inside the apartment infested with fire ants and when I mentioned it to the manager she said we just had to deal with it because everyone had fire ants We continuously got sick for A YEAR as soon as they tore out the apartment that was catty corner across from us and I was infested with BLACK MOLD I told her I would like for our apartment to be checked for black mold and they checked other apartments but not ours All around horrible management never in the office always outside chain smoking couldnt get her to deal with anything that was her job please beware of these apartments more ... hide ...

Ive lived her 6 years and absolutely love it Maintenence takes care of things in a timely manner The property manager is very helpful shes the best Its a friendly caring little community A safe nice place to live Highly recommend

Please do not rent from this place the Property Manager is not honest I visited the apartment complex and was told that the rent would be USD 600 a month inclusive of cable and water When my Son went to sign the lease the Property Manager told him th Please do not rent from this place the Property Manager is not honest I visited the apartment complex and was told that the rent would be USD 600 a month inclusive of cable and water When my Son went to sign the lease the Property Manager told him that the rent was USD 640 inclusive of Cable and Internet On moving in the Property Manager is asking him to pay an additional USD 40 for Cable It is just one month into the lease and she is raising the rent by USD 80 a month more ... hide ...

Poor maintenance and even worse management I hope for the sake of everyone there now they have a new manager
