The current owners have replaced the roofs installed new HVAC with heat pumps to save the tenants with their utility bills It was a mistake for the local housing authority to take a position that the current tenants could not stay at the apartments The current owners have replaced the roofs installed new HVAC with heat pumps to save the tenants with their utility bills It was a mistake for the local housing authority to take a position that the current tenants could not stay at the apartments It being one of the nicest apartments in the area it seems like they only want residents to live in substandard units compared to these units I guess if the truth came out the local housing authority does not even know the rules of the housing voucher program They would not even let the current residents pay the difference in rent more ... hide ...

The management was great. They were on top of things and kept it pretty clean and a safe place to live. Looks very tacky. Considering it was against the rules to have window units there. People apartments have been getting broke into. Cars being broke into and messed up. Pets being allowed when they werent allowed before. Dog Pooh everywhere. Even where residence dont have dogs. Its not the same anymore. The manager now really has ran that place in the ground. The office is even very unorganized and filthy. The ladies who ran it before had the office very nice along with everything else. My grandma got sick and had to move because she couldnt live alone anymore. Im not glad for her reason to have to move but I am glad shes not there anymore with the way things are there. I will have to add the maintenance man is very kind and does work work work..Owner(s) need to fix the management problem there for sure. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry

Ive seen office and maintenance staff come and go and thank goodness for that because we now have the sweetest and most hard working team.Ive had many issues with my apartment throughout the years that were never tended to/repaired even after submitting multiple requests. Now if something needs to be repaired, its tended to quickly and efficiently. She expressed how sorry she was that my requests were completely ignored and made sure that I knew things around here were going to change for the best!! All the repairs in my apartment were completely fixed within a week. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their tenants. I dont think I could deal with another uneducated, careless and disrespectful manager.The corporate office knew what they were doing when they hired her!!! Excellent move!!! more ... hide ...
