the staff is very unprofessional, maintenance is poor and inconsistent, and if you speak up and talk back, youll get attitude in return followed by a random lease violation, for example: Baking pans stored in the bottom
the staff is very unprofessional, maintenance is poor and inconsistent, and if you speak up and talk back, youll get attitude in return followed by a random lease violation, for example: Baking pans stored in the bottom drawer of the oven...this place is ridiculous with a whole lot of rules that make it terrible to raise kids here...cant wait to move out of this dump. ps....when we moved in there wasnt any light bulbs in our restrooms, mind you it takes 8 light bulbs over the mirrors, well we placed 1 bulb because 8 bulbs is exaggerated...and they tried slapping us with a lease violation for not utilizing the other 7 outlets for bulbs....at $3 a bulb they wanted to add light bulbs...no thanks...

Never had an issue with management but with the apartment itself it was horrible my apartment was infested with small roaches and yes i cleaned every day / night never left food outside or opened inside cabinets and stil
Never had an issue with management but with the apartment itself it was horrible my apartment was infested with small roaches and yes i cleaned every day / night never left food outside or opened inside cabinets and still there was a lot of small roaches the fumigations they did to the apartment never seemed to worked and i did some of my own and it didnt work either apartments where great with maintenance because they came right away and fixed the problem management was always available when you called i just hope i dont have an issue when it comes to my deposit because i left the apartment in great condition
