Management is terrible! They show no respect or gratitude to the elderly residents. They are not willing to repair anything, they never answer the phone and won't commit to anything in writing. They use intimidation tactics, such as the threat of eviction, to take advantage of the residents and do not care about their well-being. They post signs regarding no smoking within 25 feet of the building, but don't take any action. There were numerous hazardous conditions, such as mold and a thick layer of drywall dust that made it difficult to breathe. When I asked if they could move my mother to another apartment due to the dust, I was told that they were still working on her floor. The woman's reply of "What do you expect? They're doing construction," was appalling. Nobody who lives there is content with the management or how they are treated. It is very concerning.
