When July came, we were informed that nothing would be obtainable for another three months. When the three months ended, we were still uncertain of when something would be available. In early February, we received a call that a one bedroom was ready and were guaranteed that the current occupants had gone to court and were moving out in March, thus we should have no issues. We paid the application fee that same day to begin the procedure and had all the paperwork finished the next day. We were told we were approved and just needed to update something and pay the $200 security deposit, with a move-in date of March 11th. Today, we were notified that we were given the wrong information, as the current residents did not move out since they had renewed their lease. We were offered a two bedroom, but with a higher rent, or wait 30-35 days for a refund of our security deposit. The management is never in the office or answers the phone and is so disorganized they cannot even provide the right details for the apartment you are renting. Avoid this location, as it is very unprofessional and had us filled with hope for nothing. We had already started packing to move on the given date, only to have to unpack everything due to not getting the apartment we had already paid money to secure more ... hide ...

We would not recommend moving into this place. We had the misfortune of living here for nine months. We had to wait four months for a stove and the walls were filled with mold. This caused us health problems such as breathing difficulties, fatigue and dizziness. Our neighbor moved in and soon needed a breathing machine. We tried to contact the owners of the building on numerous occasions but they never responded. When we asked them to fix the sink, they charged us $200 for a leaking pipe. After being two days late with our rent, they sent us a bill for court costs of $130. This was unacceptable so we moved out, owing them $330. Do not move here as the building will make you sick, and the people are crooks. We have photographs of the mold.
