In order to apply you need to join a waiting list of 3-6 months. Once your in, you will need to be reporting your income every time it changes in order for the manager to adjust your rent accordingly, one of the benefits this property has is that there is a social worker always planning activities and helping the community to achieve their goals. This is not a perfect property by any means, but if you need something cheap to pick yourself back up, this is one of the places to start.more ...hide ...

I do not live at the apartments. My aunt, however, does and has made complaints about the unit smelling like gas. Cynthia Alverez, the Apartment Manager, is rarely in the office and is known to be rude and disrespectful I do not live at the apartments. My aunt, however, does and has made complaints about the unit smelling like gas. Cynthia Alverez, the Apartment Manager, is rarely in the office and is known to be rude and disrespectful to certain tenants. When calls are made to the office, either voice mail is reached or nobody answers. When she is present, she tells people to come back an hour later as the office is closed. This individual should be drug tested and investigated, particularly her maintenance personnel who enter the premises without identification. When asked for an itemized letter, she claims they do not do that, which is a lie as it is our right to know what we are being charged for. The rent amount changes monthly, the units are dirty, and the exterior of the property is unpleasant with trash piling up and unmaintained cars without tags. Although it is low income housing in a less desirable area, the owner is especially biased. He has said that the manager is stupid and needs to be rough with the tenants due to their type. Furthermore, she will not correct court documents, even though she swore an oath, and the judge had to call her out on it.more ...hide ...
