It's been nearly two years since I moved here, and if anyone is thinking of doing the same - DON'T! During a snowstorm, the apartment beneath me flooded. Previously, the resident before my new neighbours had a cockroach It's been nearly two years since I moved here, and if anyone is thinking of doing the same - DON'T! During a snowstorm, the apartment beneath me flooded. Previously, the resident before my new neighbours had a cockroach infestation with minimal clean-up efforts. Now I'm continually having to open the door for maintenance staff, who blame me for their own mistakes and never actually fix anything. Carolina, the apartment manager, is incredibly impolite and expects you to put your life on hold for their visits. Last month one of the maintenance guys said he couldn't speak English, then when he came to my apartment he spoke to me in English and told me he didn't care about my grievances! I recorded the entire incident. He then proceeded to empty the vacuum he was using into my bathtub and lied about it when Carolina found out. She then informed me that my lease wouldn't be renewed because I had the audacity to record the incident for my own safety! I'm currently filing a complaint for discrimination, due to her mentioning my Autistic son as the problem. This place is an absolute nightmare, and I'm not the only one with issues concerning it - don't move here!more ...hide ...
infested with roaches, drains infested with gnats, fruit flies, creatures.. maintenance man is no help at all. he will come point at things and say \"yeah thats broken\" then leaves and never fixes it. bug dude cant do ainfested with roaches, drains infested with gnats, fruit flies, creatures.. maintenance man is no help at all. he will come point at things and say \"yeah thats broken\" then leaves and never fixes it. bug dude cant do anything about your bugs because the maintenance will leave your doors with gaps and leave you with unsealed windows (door wide open for creatures). maintenance is rude and lazy, just show up to get paid for doing nothing.. sheesh, im sure i can do a better job than they can with 0 experience. maintenance has left bags of trash/bugs in front of our apartment. maintenance boy welcomes you with an unmasked \"its okay im vaccinated\". for a two bedroom you can expect to pay about 1000 a month to live in bugs. lots of ppl trying to break into cars. the most help ive had, this whole time of staying here has been miss jeanie and miss brittany, i wouldnt ask anybody else for help unless it is higher management. if apartments in this blackhole actually cared, maybe id move into another one.more ...hide ...

TERRIBLE!Weve lived in our unit for over a year and have had constant noise from the neighbors upstairs. Management will do NOTHING despite it being against complex rules to create such noise. If you complain, THEY WILL RETALIATE AND GIVE YOU A VIOLATION OF YOUR LEASE!Company has heard it, officers have heard it, visitors have heard it, and my whole family lives with it CONSTANTLY, but management refuses to take any action and instead will punish YOU for complaining about it.If you want to pay $900+ a month to have restless nights and high bloid pressure, this is your place!
