Tonya Kathy have been so helpful and sweet since I moved in here 3 months ago The maintenance is fast to respond and keeps the property looking nice I cant say enough good things about Cardinal Point
Very nice apartments I have never lived anywhere that has management and maintenance that are so courteous and friendly I have been here since opening day and couldnt be happier

Tammy is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the community and application process! During our tour she walked us through the community, its amenities and close proximity to basically everything! She waTammy is absolutely wonderful!
