As of 7/1/2022 New owners are not renewing HUD lease and treat the current residents like trash. DO NOT allow your loved ones to move into this property. The owners of this property are aware of all the issues with neglected maintenance, elevators breaking down for weeks at a time, five or six different AC units going bad during hundred degree weeks, The front office is only staffed 50% of the time, most of the time youre speaking to the answering serviceThe front office is only staffed 50% of the time, most of the time youre speaking to the answering service.
