2023-01-13T19:21:50ZLived there for 2 years The apartments are nice inside and peaceful outside with the exception that there are car thieves that steal your things if you dont lock your car at night However when I moved out I left it clean and even took video They sent Lived there for 2 years The apartments are nice inside and peaceful outside with the exception that there are car thieves that steal your things if you dont lock your car at night However when I moved out I left it clean and even took video They sent me a bill for almost 1000 for cleaning and for repainting the rooms I disputed but they only knocked 80 dollars off the bill They said they could charge me because we didnt do a walk through with them as the lease says so But we notified them 30 days in advance of us moving out and they never mentioned it because they take advantage of people My advice to whoever lives there is demand a walk through and take pictures of all the rooms when you move out or else theyll charge for normal wear and tear more ... hide ...

Additionally, they don't live up to the terms of their leases, and their payment app is slow to process payments. They have had water leaks for two years and have yet to resolve the issue, even though other property managers have offered to help. Furthermore, they towed my car, which had been on the property for three days and didn't have tags, without warning or issuing a violation. I wouldn't be surprised if there was mold in the apartments as well. more ... hide ...

2020-10-14T23:50:59ZI had originally posted great things about this place until we finally moved out because our lease was over only to be stiffed with over 600 in cleaning fees I guarantee you that other than dusty ceiling fans to a few dirty base boards oh and missing I had originally posted great things about this place until we finally moved out because our lease was over only to be stiffed with over 600 in cleaning fees I guarantee you that other than dusty ceiling fans to a few dirty base boards oh and missing bulbs that I repeatedly asked them to replacethat apartment was not left with 600 worth of cleaning which according to Claudia manipulative as they come by the way said was 16 hrs of labor Keep in mind though obviously shouldnt matter we were never late on the rent Mater of fact when we would compliment her on the service she asked if we could leave good reviews for her which indeed we did only to see another side of her after we left saying that we owed that much I wish I could say how I really feel about her but I just hope whoever reads this thinks twice before doing business here more ... hide ...
