I have worked with Victoria from Evergreen for a few years now, even before my parents got an apartment there, to get them into a nice, tidy, independent, and welcoming place for 55+ folks. She has been nothing but helpful, informative, professional, friendly, and overall a pleasure to work with. She is straight-forward yet inviting. Evergreen is clean, welcoming, safe, and a great place for people like my parents, as they have various activities, programs, and ways for the population here to gather and be active in their lifestyle. Their clubhouse is immaculate, and the pool is pristine. The common grounds are well kept, and other tenants are friendly and courteous. I recommend talking to Victoria and her staff, before making assumptions from negative reviews. Take it from this very positive review, you will be surprised about this gem among diamonds!more ...hide ...
