My grandmother lives in these apartments she is constantly harassed by management and the clean up guys my grandma has tried to pay rent twice and the office lady refused to let her in both times the restroom needs fixing and the man that fixed it My grandmother lives in these apartments she is constantly harassed by management and the clean up guys my grandma has tried to pay rent twice and the office lady refused to let her in both times the restroom needs fixing and the man that fixed it came and tried to fix it but left and said he needed a specific part and never came back Also my grandma has a support dog that is registered and management harassed her about the dog as well They are upping the rent for an apartment that has so many things wrong with it never has hot water neighbors are loud bathrooms always catch mold Its horrible would not recommend this apartment complex Wouldnt wish my worst enemies to live here its absolutely horrible more ... hide ...

Teens are seen jumping the fence around the park late at night, not knowing if they live there or not. The walls are thin, so sound can be heard clearly. I have asked for certain things to be taken care of in my apartment, but these have never been addressed. We were sent a fumigation notice the day before, asking us to remove all our belongings from the cabinets, which is highly inconvenient for those of us who have jobs and are not living on welfare. The manager is a nice person, however, she does not have enough staff. The maintenance man is polite and respectful. I have never seen any violence or drugs, however, the pool area is constantly being taken over by children. The front office should consider days for children and adults, so that residents can be more comfortable. Residents also have no respect for cars, as I witnessed a woman denting them while I was in my vehicle. Both cars were then scratched and dented all around, even though I park far away, making it more exhausting to bring groceries up the two or three levels. This is an adult apartment complex, but there are five children living here, making it the Verandas of adulthood and poorly raised children. more ... hide ...
