Just moved here at the end of May They have changed management and she hasnt introduced herself to the residents all shes has done is send out dictations about what we need to remove from our patios and front doors etc And I was told by another resid Just moved here at the end of May They have changed management and she hasnt introduced herself to the residents all shes has done is send out dictations about what we need to remove from our patios and front doors etc And I was told by another resident that she said she was not doing maintenance request unless you come sit in front of her We have online mainly request that we can put in and I guess shes not going to honor those So Im going to sit in front of her cause this is rediculous more ... hide ...

The elevators got hit from a storm about FIVE WEEKS ago There is one working elevator NOW that is closest to the office My mom lives on the 3rd floor at the end furthest away from the office My mom is an elderly heart patient It has been a daily stru The elevators got hit from a storm about FIVE WEEKS ago There is one working elevator NOW that is closest to the office My mom lives on the 3rd floor at the end furthest away from the office My mom is an elderly heart patient It has been a daily struggle for her to come and go The fact that not only has this not been fixed but that nothing has been put in place to check on these elderly residents some of whom are on walkers and wheelchairs is despicable and completely neglectful This Complex clearly does not care about its residents only making sure they collect the monthly checks and keep their occupancy up There have been no follow up calls emails or flyers given to the Residents to let them know when it will be fixed They have been told basically to stop asking when the part is coming in to fix the elevatorI would like to think if this was their mother or father that was struggling they would fly to wherever said part is and make sure the elevator got fixed more ... hide ...
