When I moved in nine months ago there were effective and considerate managers, however not anymore. The current administrators are alarming to a lot of the inhabitants and disregard requests. For example, my washing machine has been out of order for two weeks now. Additionally, there is no store or garden as promised and the activities listed are non-existent. There are no exercise classes every Wednesday, or garden club, or any of the other activities. Also, there are no granite countertops or wood plank flooring. It is tragic what has occurred here. Furthermore, the person who wrote about the maintenance man entering the apartments without warning is accurate. This happened to me several times. In fact, when I was away for a few days, someone was in my apartment and used my restroom, my bed, and rummaged through my bedroom drawers yet the managers did nothing about it. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the bedbugs and cockroaches found in some apartments. As well, the wood-eating ants the other person wrote about were actually termites. It is uncertain if the building owners were aware of them.more ...hide ...
