It deserves negative stars. The therapists are clearly not qualified to teach the subjects they attempt to, and the staff are rude, arrogant, and uneducated when it comes to working with people with TBIs or other disabilities. They are critically understaffed and do not have the requisite knowledge to do their jobs. Furthermore, if anyone dares to ask questions, they will be punished by being prevented from going on outings which should be paid for. Although I was warned about this place years ago, I had hoped it had changed. But it's still running, which demonstrates the lack of affordable options for people with disabilities. I would not suggest this place to anyone, and suggest saving yourself and your insurance company from a headache by going somewhere else. The only good reviews you will find are from the staff themselves. The daily schedule rarely has more than three activities, one of which is often grocery shopping.more ...hide ...

They don€™t care your privacy they just enter the rooms without permission . They are so disrespectful . They don€™t come whenever you have an emergency situations in your apartment such as you lost power , door looked they don€™t care you. They treat the residents here like garbage. I had an emergency situation two times we lost power, but the maintenance guys never show up on time especially whenever those two Mexicans guys are on call . We lost everything in the refrigerator during those times and that was my experience I€™m sharing with you guys. No customer service at all very bossy Manager and always stayed at the maintenance side if they still wrong .Note: Mr. David, the white guy, is the only nicest person that everyone liked him , and he always done his task on very nice way. He is nice a person and helpful. Never said anything bad and always treated the residents on very nice way.more ...hide ...
