In September, a water leak caused my utility bill to suddenly skyrocket to $90, which is significantly more than my normal monthly bill of less than $20. Despite multiple calls, no one at the company has taken responsibiIn September, a water leak caused my utility bill to suddenly skyrocket to $90, which is significantly more than my normal monthly bill of less than $20. Despite multiple calls, no one at the company has taken responsibility for the issue. It is a disgrace that they told me about the leak but are now trying to pass the cost onto the tenants. If I don't receive a refund, I plan to report them to the state. The management of this apartment complex made me feel insignificant and unappreciated, so I cannot in good conscience recommend this NRP property to anyone. On October 27th, I contacted the property manager to ask for a refund, but they have yet to respond. After complaining about their treatment of low-income tenants, they finally agreed to refund me, but I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am demanding a refund plus interest. As someone with a graduate degree, I intend to pursue this matter to its fullest extent.more ...hide ...
