The architect should be fired He apparently thinks seniors are giants as the closet shelves are 6 ft high You need a special shower curtain because the shower bar is 612 ft high The apt design is not functional There are 214 drawers in this entire ap The architect should be fired He apparently thinks seniors are giants as the closet shelves are 6 ft high You need a special shower curtain because the shower bar is 612 ft high The apt design is not functional There are 214 drawers in this entire apt One drawer cannot open all the way unless you open the oven door Some of the apts have the refrigerator opening to the entry door rather than in the kitchen The bathroom faucets so close to the wall you can barely grasp the stopper handle to pull it up and then its hitting the wall The water heater is hanging from the ceiling above the dryer in the laundry closet but is low enough that you have to be careful not to crack your head on the corner of the wood frame it is sitting on And there is no adjustment for water temp Its not very hot even after you run it which means your dishwasher is using warm water to wash and rinse your dishes Not very clean The dyer vent is squished so it is oval Have to reshape your vent The washer hook ups are set back into the wall so you can barely get a tool in there to attach the hoses And no hot water there either Some of the apts have the window screens upside down and cannot latch For a secure building there are only a few doors that actually work A couple of them are not very functional they open backward and into a pillar structure I realize this is a new building but residents should not have to scrape scrub and scour grout drywall mud silicone and caulking off the floors counters and walls The rent is too high to have to do all this work I know theyre working to get the bugs repaired but some are design flaws that will not be cost effective to fix Other than that its a nice neighborhood and the management staff is great more ... hide ...

pretty sad that if you are a working person instead of living off government you a penalized with a higher rent than those that choose to be lazy hmm wow must be nice
