The parking predicament in the area is impossible to ignore. Multiple people who do not appear on the lease are living in the premises, thus unable to park inside. Multiple people who do not appear on the lease are living in the premises, thus unable to park inside. This has resulted in the streets being overcrowded, with cars parked on both sides and in front of nearby homes, especially on Alderman Dr and Charles Merle Dr. I had a chance to talk to one such resident who told me his truck couldn't be parked inside the community as he wasn't on the lease and was sharing the space with a colleague. This isn't an isolated incident. I recently spoke to one of the residents who stated that she and her husband had to park on Alderman Dr as the car wasn't registered to them and they were staying with somebody else. I won't reveal their identities. I would like to ask the staff to take measures to supply sufficient parking to the residents, lack of which is sure to damage relationships with the rest of the neighborhood, who are very disgruntled with this predicament.more ...hide ...
