The market rate is very affordable compared to what you get. It almost feels like I'm living in a resort. Those complaints are just hearsay and have not been experienced first-hand. I am fortunate enough to be on the first floor, close to the pool and do not have to use elevators. Some of the tenants in the beginning got promotional rates which they cannot afford now that they have changed to regular rates. They are unable to find such a great place at a low cost unless they move out to the countryside, and then they would not be near any grocery stores or other services. Luckily, the offender who was stealing packages was evicted, due to the actions of Shelia, who was harshly criticized by others. I, however, have never had any issues with her and she has always conducted herself professionally. Our personnel are great, even though they could use more support from the owners. That's why our last manager left. The different activities here are a sign of the numerous nice people who live here. We have made improvements, and management has attempted to coordinate some activities, but we do not need their assistance to do well. I'd prefer that they provide us with something special for our festivities, such as an ice sculpture. more ... hide ...

I've been here since April 2020 and the individual apartments look great. If you don't have any major problems, like no air conditioning, no heat, bugs, or mold, then you'll be happy. But if you do have those issues, don't expect much help. The hallways, elevators and some other common areas are usually very dirty, due to the residents, but it wouldn't be as bad if it was cleaned more often. Management changes frequently, making it hard to keep up with. The present manager, Sheila, is very impolite and always has an excuse. The two maintenance workers don't stay longer than three months. Getting a copy of the full signed lease is difficult, and the garage rent has gone up from fifty to one hundred fifty dollars in two years with no maintenance or upkeep. There's a resident who has been caught on the doorbell camera stealing packages multiple times but nothing is being done. Management doesn't plan any activities, but the activities planned by the residents are great. However, 99% of the residents are very nice. My advice to anyone considering living here is to take a walk around without management, and make sure you get everything in writing. more ... hide ...
