When I entered the office to sign documents, the smell of smelly feet was overwhelming and highly unprofessional. Every time something broke, it took the manager MONTHS to get it fixed. We even got a lease violation for having a small Hot Wheels car outside. Crazy, right? The only way the manager would repair things was when an inspection was coming. I once left my bike and barbecue pit outside and the following morning, they were gone. When I inquired about my grill, the front desk told me that she had thrown it away because “she doesn't eat meat.” One night, I woke up to the manager standing by my bed with a screwdriver. She said she was there to fix the doorknob that I had complained about 6 months ago. That same morning, I went to make breakfast and she sat down at my table and took my plate. I was bewildered. We got a letter one day stating that she would be coming over to repair certain things, and I was asleep so I didn't open the door. Then I heard a loud crash and ran out of my bedroom to see that the manager had kicked down my door. I could no longer tolerate this, so I decided to move out. All in all, these apartments are far from ideal. DO NOT MOVE HERE.more ...hide ...

Living here is a great experience. Its comfortable, safe, and welcomed. This was my experience right away on the first day that I stepped into the complex looking for a place to rent. This was my experience right away on the first day that I stepped into the complex looking for a place to rent. I met with Gabby and when speaking with her on the first day, it was a Godsend. I was moving here from Minnesota and I had looked st several other places but Keystone was the place for me to call home. I have now been here for 3 years and Im happy to say I have no complaints. When I need anything done it is quickly taken care of. Gabby Bazan has continued to be available for help wherever necessary. Thank you for my new home.more ...hide ...
