They lie and force you sign papers with the wrong dates on them to cover their own backsides, they make up random charges for repairs you never ordered or gotten done!When its time to renew they try to pressure their tenants to sign a renewal sometimes five months in advance as if you are automatically going to choose their best for another twelve months.
