Reason for the 1 starnnI have been at Travis Flats since opening last year This place started and has continued with a myriad of major issues since opening which previous management did not addresshelp properly They are now gonenRecent new management Reason for the 1 starnnI have been at Travis Flats since opening last year This place started and has continued with a myriad of major issues since opening which previous management did not addresshelp properly They are now gonenRecent new management team and staff are doing an excellent job of turning things around as fast as possible Beware of what your actually signing in your lease versus what can actually be done if you have major issues and ask ALL questions before you sign your lease This cannot be stressed enoughnBeyond that the new management team and staff are addressing resident concerns promptly They really do care The property will hopefully soon harbor less issues and be an amazing place to live for all It is a excellent location in Austin well worth the wait more ... hide ...

I have been here almost a year and this place has its problems It took a little over three months before the construction on my side of the hallway was completely by the water damage Also the False alarms kept going on for awhile That was a headache I have been here almost a year and this place has its problems It took a little over three months before the construction on my side of the hallway was completely by the water damage Also the False alarms kept going on for awhile That was a headache for awhile The walls are kinda thin And Garage gates are still broken Now my AC has been broken for about two weeks Im hoping that will be fixed soon I am thankful for the portable ac as a temporary solution While I am assuming parts are being ordered That being said even with all those problems I do love living here It close to my job Near downtown Austin Neighborhood is good The people in the building are friendly As for the staff running this place there pretty good Look no place is perfect but for right now for me this place does feel like home more ... hide ...
