This place was the worst! If you are considering it, my advice is to look elsewhere. Our lease just expired last month after an awful year. In the summer, the air conditioning would break down and my husband had to fix it as the manager here was not responsive and the maintenance guy only said he had ordered the parts but didn't do anything. Parents should not bring their children here as it is not suitable living. The manager is exceptionally impolite and often absent from the office. When in the office, she speaks very harshly when asked about the problems with the apartment. On top of all this, they charged us for damages we did not cause. Both of my neighbours were in the same situation. No hot water, no air conditioning in summer and no heating in winter. It was a nightmare and I hope this review helps someone avoid it.
