A great place to live

I dont understand why some people say its a bad place I have been here 5 or 6 years and the manager is good kind and hard working lady nI believe she has worked miracles here getting rid of the people who are not doing what is clearly in our lease I dont understand why some people say its a bad place I have been here 5 or 6 years and the manager is good kind and hard working lady nI believe she has worked miracles here getting rid of the people who are not doing what is clearly in our leases I think the apts have really improved since I first moved here I have a one bedroom and I love it very nice and roomy Thank you more ... hide ...

Due to Covid19 the lady would not let me inside their office There was a note on the door requiring people to wear a mask Why have a note on the door if your not even going to let an inquiring leasee inside the office Bonus lolnthe lady in the office Due to Covid19 the lady would not let me inside their office There was a note on the door requiring people to wear a mask Why have a note on the door if your not even going to let an inquiring leasee inside the office Bonus lolnthe lady in the office didnt even have on a mask The odor from the office reaked of cigarette smoke smell Very negative and just gave me a really bad vibe like I hadnt been referred by someone she knew prior to my arrival a go on type of attitudenI asked for an application and I was told hang on and she shut the door leaving me standing in the heat for a long time truthfully approx 8 minutes The lady mentioned of a deposit that was nonrefundable and she had no one bedroom apartments downstairs and no one had given a notice of moving out Long story short I was not impressed in any way by Shadowridge Apartments Sulphur Springs more ... hide ...
