Horrible place to live. Only live here is you are next to homeless. Roach infested and ignorant tenants. If you tell the Landlady about these problems she will ignore it and say it€™s your fault. Many tenants smoke weed, at least one person in each building. If you tell the Landlady she will say that she can€™t make them stop with out proof that they are smoking. She will not reprimand upstairs neighbors for stomping and being reckless and noisy. Unless you enjoy living in filth, steer clear.more ...hide ...

I am completely delighted with these apartments!! I inhabit a 1 bedroom apartment which is roomy enough for a two bedroom. The apartment was immaculate when I arrived. The apartment was immaculate when I arrived. I appreciate the spacious open floor plans and the 3" blinds, plus living on the second floor provides me with a big balcony. I can leave my windows open, and the breeze turns off my air conditioner. We have an incredible manager here at Abbington Commons of Whitewright called Michelle. She is great at taking care of any issues, queries or concerns. The management team here is the most amiable and hard-working group I have ever interacted with. I don't have any issues with pests! I cannot express how content I am here and I don't plan to move ever!! Best Apartments North of McKinney! They have laundry facilities which are really nice. I have my own washer/dryer so you can pick either way. I can't say enough!! If you are searching for a complex and seeking a place to call home, then Abbington Commons of Whitewright is the most pleasant apartment I call HOME!! In addition, I already said you cannot beat our manager Michelle, she's the best to me!! Plus I am fond of my garage!! You cannot ask for more. I am BLESSED!!!more ...hide ...
