All in all, the apartments are not bad. Anywhere else in Midland, the same apartment would cost a thousand dollars more a month, without the rent assistance. The problems arise from the complete lack of management, or maybe I should say, experienced management. There are so many state laws and local ordinances being broken every single day that it is a miracle none of the employees have been arrested or spent months bouncing from one court case to another. For the inept management, the saving grace would be the residents who are (more often than not) so greatful to have a home they would never dream of standing up for themselves.more ...hide ...
