Was a bit stressed when I arrive to the complex as I was on a tight time frame to move as I issued my 60 day notice at current apartment.Its a beautiful, quiet and small complex. Has all the amenities that I was looking for. I applied, and was approved the same day. Im so excited to move , and now I am also applying for my daughters to have their first apartment here as well. No place is perfect but this place could be better. It is advertised as a church residence but corporate is questionable. The security gates are not operational and before you sign the contract make sure you read and agree to every word. Every apartment is ground level with a front yard area. Several residents have had a flower garden for years, which most seniors love, but mgmt made everyone remove the entire garden and I mean everything. We were shocked and the only answer we got was It was in the contract you signed. There will be No bird houses, No shepherd hooks, No flags, and No ornaments. Every entrance is to be uniform.
