First of all let me make it clear I am not staying here nor do I have a relative here seems like a great place would probably wanna be placed here if im being placed somewhere !! Came down to the cafeteria at 20 after 5 pm her order was not on the shelf so I got at the back of the line the guy at the beginning if the line asked if I was here for €œname of client€ i said yes he said ok itll be a minute ! Then the next person in line a hispanic lady said who are you here for ? I informed her of who i was here for and she rudely said you need to wait outside !!! It is 5:44 there is no one in line and i am still sitting outside waiting in my clients meal !! She is a fall risk therefore she is upstairs alone in her apartment right now !!! At 5:46 she came out with the meal said here I€™m sorry it got really fullmore ...hide ...
Manager is fantastic. Very helpful and caring of the residents. Ive seen on several occasions a click of residents who seem to be a group of residents that belong to the club house facilities. Ive seen on several occasions a click of residents who seem to be a group of residents that belong to the club house facilities. They seem to think they run the complex and are in charge of even the manager. When corporate rules come down the pike that they dont like the manager takes the brunt and the griping of this group of peoples complaints. She must enforce what corporate says but they dont seem to get this. The manager is very patient and takes a lot of unnecessary flack from these people.I have even heard them try to force her to leave when they have had club house meetings. Its ridiculous to see according to my mom who lives here. These club house people certainly need to be put in check and need a reality check. Its unfortunate that my mom has had to experience seeing this from a group of unhappy, cranky, frustrated people.more ...hide ...
