Went without ac until some weeks back Supposed to had put in a new ac unit Notified them 45 days ago that its pouring water into hallway 2 towels soaked on the floor and have a tall trash can that fills with water in 1 day Was told they were in the w Went without ac until some weeks back Supposed to had put in a new ac unit Notified them 45 days ago that its pouring water into hallway 2 towels soaked on the floor and have a tall trash can that fills with water in 1 day Was told they were in the way to fix last Friday Its 9pm Monday now Have had 3 ceiling water leaks Previous apartment in same complex flooded days after they were informed of the leak Their solution Heres a dolly you can move into this other apartment I could write a book regarding everything gone wrong here They just dont care I wouldnt waste your time here Cant wait till end of July when our lease is up Tired of the run around lies unprofessional management and falling apart buildings Run as fast as you can from this place Not fit for animals to live in Roach infested and heard a rat in our vents a few nights ago more ... hide ...

DO NOT rent from these people We have been here a year and the water is constantly being cut off without any form of notice The place is infested with cockroaches and mice thanks to a big dumpster thats been sitting in front of our apartment building DO NOT rent from these people We have been here a year and the water is constantly being cut off without any form of notice The place is infested with cockroaches and mice thanks to a big dumpster thats been sitting in front of our apartment building for nearly 5 months despite being told itll be moved in 2 weeks The office has been told numerous times that theres a leak under the sink and have yet to fix it Its not like that would do any good considering the maintenance staff doesnt know what theyre doing and doesnt speak English so theres no way to communicate with them The roof upstairs leaks and nearly floods the bathroom any time it rains and the office has known about this issue since July 2017 and the response is the same every time we mention it Oh were waiting on approval Theres always homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms because theres no form of security on the property at all Cant even go outside the apartment without someone begging for money or smelling marijuana its awful Since weve been here theyve changed management staff at least twice and still NOTHING SEEMS TO GET DONE Now theyre wanting to raise the rent 50 and still refuse to fix anything Definitely moving out of this nasty place because its not worth almost 1000 a month for a place thats falling apart and nothing gets fixed I dont recommend ANYONE to move here more ... hide ...
