Like everyone else posting this place is nice to live but the management here is very rude, arrogant and very unhelpful, very poor customer service and things only get fixed on her time. Been without heat for almost a week in 30/40 degree weather told her about it and then she got mad that I called code enforcement for the heat knowing damn well she wasnt going home to a cold place to sleep very inconcideratemore ...hide ...
This place has the worst owner and property manager. I dont live there but I know someone who does. They discriminate against everyone that is not their race. For the past year and a half this person has had no hot waThis place has the worst owner and property manager. I dont live there but I know someone who does. They discriminate against everyone that is not their race. For the past year and a half this person has had no hot water for weeks at a time. They call and the manager sends maintenance to turn hot water on so they can shower and then turn it right back off within an hour. The city made them replace the boiler, they had hot water all summer long until winter got her and now they will go 7-8 days in a row without hot water. Cant wash dishes except in cold water and thats not healthy nor sanitary. Im sure this is the owners doing to save money but the City will get them again.more ...hide ...

In the time I have lived here we have not had a manager named Veronica and no one has to sell any parking stickers because we have more than ample parking. Its one of the reasons I moved here. The staff is the best. To my knowledge, we have NEVER had bedbugs!more ...hide ...
