This looks like slums.When I first moved to my new apartment I loved it.But now my upstairs neighbors are the neighbors from Hell they act later ke they be running track in the apartment from one side to the other dont know if its kids or grownups all know is they need to stop. This is everyday and night . And very annoying. Sometimes I have to get up at 230 in the morning to get ready for Dyalisis and I need my sleep.
