They are rarely in the office. The halls are i deserate need of vaccuuming and mopping. The ceiling near the laundry room is collapsing, has been for months. They have a coordinator on site that is more than helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The apartment manager is kind and I have been living here for 7 years and have yet to have any issues with management. The maintenance staff is out of this world good. You never have to mow your lawn and any maintenance within the apartment is done in a fast and efficient way. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. As for bed bugs I have lived here for a while and have NEVER had them. They also offer different programs such as adult drawing and other activities in the office dining room.
