The apartments were in pretty good shape. And the maintenance people were friendly. The reason this gets 2 stars is the management. My boyfriend originally started living here first so I would have to park in a visitor sThe apartments were in pretty good shape. And the maintenance people were friendly. My boyfriend originally started living here first so I would have to park in a visitor spot I parked in the same one and never got towed then magically it disappeared and they towed my car and couldnt do anything about it. They also close the pool all year round. We started living there in the summer of 2019 and it was never opened ever. They make the worst excuses. Now fast forward December 2020 we put our 60 DAY NOTICE. we wrote we are MOVING OUT AND THE PLACE WILL BE VACANT ON FEB 1st 2021. And we left the keys in the place but saying we didnt. They then sent my boyfriend all these fees and said that we didnt notify them saying we moved even though we gave them a 60 DAY NOTICE. And try to charge us for damages and you know what they put the damages for because we left 6 trash bags ¤£ this place is a joke and makes up their own rules.more ...hide ...
My family and I currently live in this community and I just wanted to comment on how awesome the management and staff are. We had a flood in our home and the maintenance staff was so prompt and understanding with assistiMy family and I currently live in this community and I just wanted to comment on how awesome the management and staff are. We had a flood in our home and the maintenance staff was so prompt and understanding with assisting us. They fixed the equipment that needed repair and got water removal and clean up on the scene asap. Virginia is an amazing property manager and it shows in the care you get as a resident here.
