In beginning this apartment complex was fine but then you start to notice the roaches even if you keep your apartment super clean. I barely cook because of the roaches. I barely cook because of the roaches. First day I moved in a roach was on my face and body while I was sleeping. They paint over mold and the A/C unit starts acting up after 3-4 months. Maintenance will repeatedly say €œthese apartments are very old€. I don€™t like arguing because I already work 12 hour shifts but I made up my mind that I have to find better quality. And now they hired a towing company that instantly tow your visitors car. Literally they€™re hiding in the parking lot and wait til your friend gets out your car and tow your vehicle less than 5 minutes. If you don€™t register your car. There€™s only one good employee for this complex and it€™s Samuel. The other lady is rude and doesn€™t let you speak, end of the day it€™s business and they only care about collecting your money 1st of the month. I hope this help individuals that are apartment hunting.Above was my comment few months ago.Seriously if you€™re looking for a sign if you should or shouldn€™t lease with this apartment complete, this is it! They do not care what so ever. I attached a picture of my wall that€™s never been repaired for 3 months now and be careful because they apartments has history with fires. The other apartments around this area is better and their appliances are 10x better too. And maintenance don€™t care about my wall. I was patient and didn€™t complain much but they only care about collecting the rent, anything else they could care less. And I hate that the office puts on a fake concern attitude and don€™t do anything about it. How is it fair that I have to deal with this and other tenants. If I could give no stars I would. Jessica the manager is never available the only staff that was helpful and honest were Amy and Ashlee (and Im including corporate). My move date has been changed twice. I had to find out by having my husband go by at 3:30 the day before move in because they didnt have the decency to call be back (from the early morning call I made) to tell me it wasnt ready. They lied and said they walked the property daily, obviously not as they werent aware that the apartment was not ready for the entire month. The regional,1 Alexis, hasnt answered or returned phone calls in the 2 days Ive called and left messages. I dont expect anything more from Mary, her supervisor. This is a nightmare from before the move in. Very disappointing. Their suggestion was to file on my renters insurance for a hotel until they finish the work that was supposed to be completed by August 20th.more ...hide ...

The staff here is amazing and there might be a rule or regulation that prevents photo inclusion. The residents are outstanding, and if they have been impacted in a special way by the property, they are encouraged to share their story with Anthony (Tony), the maintenance man, Colette (front office), and Dibbie. A sweet stray dog was put in the paths of righteousness one day, and the situation was under control thanks to Atena, who became aware of the issue at 9 am, Marine, Bernadette from Lewisville City Hall, Officer Hollerman of Lewisville's Finest, and Amanda Navarro from Animal Control, who was very gentle.
