It can be really hard to get them on the phone but when you do (or send an email), they are still helpful. Marissa, especially.I consistently had issues with my AC/heat but anytime I called it in German was usually the one who came and he is great.I never had any issues with roaches. However, I did have another pest problem that was handled immediately and I never had any other issues. The biggest and really only CON: My neighbors were deplorable. Had I not been moving out of town, I still would have left. Thats just how bad they are. I know that with the complex being income based/housing it tends to come with the territory but most tenants dont treat this place like home. There is always trash. Chip bags, shoes, barbecue pits, McDonalds bags, you name it. The maintenance guys try to keep up but the tenants make it hard for them. One neighbor would empty their fast food cups next to the car instead of taking it to their apartment with them. Another neighboring couple fought almost every other night outside their unit or in the parking lot. The kids are just as bad. My son was jumped twice while walking our dog and another boy fought him and snatched his necklace. The younger ones are always playing in the street, leaning on cars and are outside after the sun goes down. Im not sure if it was just my building or not but mine was really bad and most of this took place after office hours and on the weekend when they were closed.Overall, the 3 stars are for the staff, cost and area only. This place the got job done for me while in college and having a roof over my son and Is head. If you need somewhere to stay a while as a stepping stone, then this is probably better than other income based/housing complexes in terms of staff and neighborhood. If peace and quiet is make or break for you then is definitely not the place for you.more ...hide ...

We were hoping to get moved in and settled by around January. Throughout the process we have been tossed around with their corporate office (South Oxford Management) to get multiple adjustments done through paperwork. We have tried contacting the leasing office numerous times, but they would not answer or return our calls. The same goes for their corporate office. This delayed the process even more and made us more anxious that we made the wrong decision choosing this place. Considering their lack of management and professionalism, we decided to back out and continue our search elsewhere.more ...hide ...
