I thoroughly enjoyed my time living in Southwood Apt. Kimberly, the manager, and Enrique, the maintenance man, are both amazing people. Kim is very understanding and professional, always letting us know when something isn't right while still making u I thoroughly enjoyed my time living in Southwood Apt. Kim is very understanding and professional, always letting us know when something isn't right while still making us feel comfortable living in an income-based apartment. She is always friendly when she sees us. After my sister had a terrible accident, I had to move away, and I miss Kimberly, my neighbors, and Enrique dearly. He is incredibly dependable; if I had to go out and couldn't be around, I could trust him to come in. Additionally, he was always quick to respond to any work orders I had. I have already recommended Southwood to many friends and family, some of whom have already applied. Once my sister is able to take care of herself, I will apply once more and hopefully move back in.
