I€™ve had my vehicle towed multiple times with little to no explanation. Even after getting clarification about where im allowed to park my vehicle was still towed. Even worse every single phone number you try to call leads straight to a machine. I know times are tough but try to have some self respect and look elsewhere for an apartment if you€™re looking for a home and peace of mind. Plenty of reviews should til you these apartments are not worth. If you can afford to, save yourself the trouble, move on, look elsewhere. These apartments are nothing but seductive money pits. They lure you in with good incentives and trap you with everything they€™re trying to hide with smoke and mirrors. Can€™t say nobody warned you, when you get stuck with a crummy apartment and your car is missing.more ...hide ...

I wasnt desperate so I declined. I already was skeptical because this is a place that accepts housing which there is no judgement but you know how those places and environments can be.There were so many red flags and I chose to follow my first mind and declined..Number 1 was the attitude from manager Virginia we got when asking questions about complex. Talking with manager Cynthia who was truthful let us know there is no parking since we get off late. . ,there is crime and limited garages that may not even be by your unit. Bedrooms are small was lied to about why apt wasnt ready . Apt wasnt ready because it had 3 leaks they supposedly didnt know about which is bullshit. Kitchen outdated. See there facebook page and for my official review.more ...hide ...

I went into the office to speak with the property manager Byron. He walked off mid conversation which is very unprofessional. He is very condescending and rude. He told me that upper management will not do anything to help me but tell me to speak with him. As if He has the power. I need to speak with a regional supervisor, district supervisor or owner.more ...hide ...
