My ac went out and still is yet to be fixed it is the middle of aug the hotest point of the summer and Im definitely moving out this year

Single mother of 4 I lived here for 6 months beginning in january of 2017 Immediately after move in we started having problems with bed bugs Told management and they accused me of bringing them I got a letter from my previous landlord stating that du Single mother of 4 I lived here for 6 months beginning in january of 2017 Immediately after move in we started having problems with bed bugs Told management and they accused me of bringing them I got a letter from my previous landlord stating that during the 3 years that i lived in his residence i never had them After fighting the complex for 6 months to appropriately handle the problem i wanted out I didnt care about getting my deposit back i just wanted my children and i to be able to sleep without getting eaten alive by bed bugsThey agreed to let me out of my lease without any negative repercussions I had to leave everything behind Everything And start over My church paid my moving expenses to help me get another place Fast forward a year later and guess whats on my credit A broken lease Mine was not the only apartment with bed bugs and my time here was literal hell Now im still paying for it as theyve gone back on their word more ... hide ...

The 4 star rating is a lie Do not rent here even if youre desperate this place has so many problems all the appliances are old and dont work the ac units are super old they dont keep the house cold they just raze your electricity bill over 200 every The 4 star rating is a lie Do not rent here even if youre desperate this place has so many problems all the appliances are old and dont work the ac units are super old they dont keep the house cold they just raze your electricity bill over 200 every month Thats not including all the bug problems spiders everywhere and roaches all over the inside of the apartment the office sent 1 guy once a month to fumigate things just got worse every time he came It just isnt worth it lived there for 4 years because I had to I definitely recommend to keep looking around do not settle because its cheap the police are constantly patrolling this place because there have been so many car jackings one neighbor had everything stolen this past month it has been horrible just not safe any more especially if you have kids And to add on top of all that the office lady will charge you so many fees its ridiculous for anything she likes herasing people about everything but yet there apartments are so bad and not kept up dont even know how they pass inspection every year And they will never give you a corporate number to complain about the situation they claim they dont have one Just a heads up not trying to be rude but I do want to make people aware of the issues more ... hide ...
