Raises rent all the time everyone pays all different prices. Raise rent and couldnt even use the pool. Had to report during pandemic because was trying to evict during no evictions.

I live at and love this property. We have an excellent manager and maintenance man. The apartments are so nice and well kept, with 9 foot ceilings, private porches, washer/dryer closet, large tile tub walls, beautiful I live at and love this property. Everything works , , , ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher. All of my kitchen appliances are GE, even my built-in microwave. It is also a quiet property for 55 and up, for lower income people. It is so rare in this day and age to find something so beautiful for low income people and/or the elderly.more ...hide ...
